Summary of Key Terms:

1. All videos are published only after review and approval by Leomee's content team.
2. You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of every video you upload.
3. By uploading, you grant Leomee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote your content across all platforms.
4. You may not remove a video from the platform without a valid reason. Removal requests must be submitted via email to contactleomee@gmail.com and are subject to Leomee's discretion.
5. Leomee reserves the right to remove, suspend, or demonetise any content that violates our Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or applicable law.
6. Earnings are calculated based on unique views and upload count at rates set by Leomee, which may change with 30 days' notice.
7. Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds and manual verification. Fraudulent views will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
